On March 8, 2020, International Women's Day, the Cultural Office of the City of Kiel and the Gender Equality Office will host an event with female artists under the motto 'Kulturgewitter' at KulturForum, Andreas-Gayk-Straße 31, 24103 Kiel from 11 am - 1 pm. I am invited as a filmmaker to show excerpts from my films. Afterwards there will be a talk with the journalist Kerstin von Stürmer (NDR) about my artistic work and the current situation of female artists/filmmakers.

I will show excerpts from the films "Affection" and "Virginia Grütter. Más fuerte que el dolor - stronger than pain". Both films feature impressive female personalities who didn't conform and were not content with their pre-assinged roles within society.
